The Level 2 Award in Mental Health Awareness provides individuals with knowledge of key mental health issues such as stress, anxiety, self-harm, eating disorders, and depression, with an emphasis on workplace scenarios.
Participants will improve their communication skills, learn the value of active listening, understand how to support their peers, and know when to seek immediate assistance.
