Course Overview

This qualification is intended for people aged 16 and up who have a strong interest in mental health and want to improve their understanding of mental health issues in the workplace and elsewhere.

This course is part of the QA Mental Health First Aid qualification suite, designed by subject matter experts and based on extensive research in the field.

Entry Requirements:

Applicants must be at least 16 years of age to enrol.

Expiry

There is no need for participants to renew this qualification. Nonetheless, staying current on the latest best practices in Mental Health awareness is recommended.

Methods for Assessment

Participants will fill out a Theory Assessment, which consists of a Multiple Choice Questionnaire.

Certification

Upon successful completion, participants will receive a personalised Qualsafe Introduction to Mental Health in the Workplace (Level 1 RQF) e-Certificate.

This two-day course is specifically designed to immerse students in the critical components of mental health first aid in the workplace. Completing this course gives attendees a better understanding of mental health.
